1. Definitions

• App: The One Two Hook platform and all related training content, live or recorded sessions, coaching, and features.
• Releasees: One Two Hook, its owners, affiliates, instructors, employees, agents, licensors, and partners.
• User/You: Any individual accessing or using the App.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Users under 18 must have active supervision and consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Activities & Equipment

The App may involve physical fitness, martial arts, conditioning activities, and use of training equipment such as weights, resistance bands, pads, grappling tools, and other exercise equipment.

4. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in any training activity carries inherent risks including strains, sprains, fractures, concussions, falls, equipment-related injuries, and cardiovascular events.

You voluntarily assume all risks permitted by applicable law.

5. Safety Responsibilities

• Warm up properly and follow instructions carefully.
• Inspect your training environment and equipment.
• Use appropriate protective gear.
• Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
• Seek medical advice before exercising if you have pre-existing conditions.
• Ensure minors are supervised at all times.
• The App does not provide medical advice or emergency services.

6. Waiver & Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and discharge the Releasees from claims arising from your participation in activities offered through the App.

This waiver does not apply to gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or violations of law.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under Apple’s Standard EULA or local consumer law.

7. Indemnification

• Your use of the App.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Use of your account by others.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity occurring under it.

9. Minors

• Parents or legal guardians who permit minors to use the App accept all lawful risks on behalf of the minor.
• Agree to supervise participation.
• Acknowledge state laws may affect enforceability of waivers for minors.

10. Data & Privacy

We collect limited personal information such as name, age, device information, and usage data to operate and improve the App.

Your rights depend on your state of residence and may include data access, correction, deletion, or opt-out rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, except where local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide additional rights.

12. Arbitration (Where Allowed)

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where legally permitted, except for small claims or injunctive relief.

This does not limit your rights under Apple’s Standard EULA or applicable consumer laws.

13. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Apple’s Standard EULA form the complete agreement between you and One Two Hook.

15. Accuracy of Information

You certify that all information provided is accurate. Providing false information may result in termination of your account and affect enforceability of these Terms where permitted by law.

16. Subscription, Cancellation & Refunds

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled solely by Apple.

17. User Conduct

• Engage in harmful, abusive, or illegal behavior.
• Upload content that violates intellectual property laws.
• Misuse or disrupt the App.

18. Intellectual Property

All App content is owned by One Two Hook or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

19. License to Use

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the App, subject to compliance with these Terms and Apple’s EULA.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Use is at your own risk.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Releasees are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing overrides consumer rights required by law.

22. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the new Terms.

23. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements.

24. Third-Party Services

The App may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

25. International Users

The App is intended for U.S. users. If you access it from another country, you do so at your own risk and consent to data processing in the United States.

26. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters or network outages.

27. Class Action Waiver

Where permitted by law, disputes must be resolved individually and not as part of a class or representative action.

28. Virtual Training Sessions

You acknowledge the risks of live or recorded virtual training.

You are responsible for maintaining a safe space and following instructions.

Minors must be supervised during virtual sessions.
