1. Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following information only on your device. None of this data is transmitted to us or any third party:

• Training preferences (skill level, equipment, goals)
• Workout history, progress, completed sessions
• Settings and in-app selections
• Optional audio or video recordings you create

This data remains entirely under your control and is permanently deleted if you uninstall the App.

2. Data Stored by Us (Waiver Signing Only)

When you sign the required Liability Release & Safety Agreement, we securely store only the information necessary for legal verification:

• Your IP address at the time of signing
• Date and time when the waiver was accepted
• The version of the waiver you agreed to

This information is used solely to confirm that you consented to the safety and liability terms. It is retained for legal purposes and cannot be deleted.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit:

• Names or contact information
• Email addresses
• Device identifiers
• Analytics or behavior tracking
• Location data
• Biometric data
• Advertising data

4. Payments

All purchases and subscriptions are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We never receive or store your payment information.

Important: Subscription and billing data are processed through the Apple App Store and are not collected by One Two Hook.

5. Your Data Control

You have complete control over all data stored on your device. Deleting the App deletes all locally stored information instantly.

6. Children’s Privacy

Minors may use the App only with parent or guardian approval. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable data from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as needed for legal or functional reasons. Any updates will be available here and in the App.
