• App: The One Two Hook apps for iPhone, iPad and Android, the One Two Hook web app at onetwohook.com, the OTH Boxing Timer app, and all related training content, live or recorded sessions, coaching, and features.
• Releasees: One Two Hook, its owners, affiliates, instructors, employees, agents, licensors, and partners.
• User/You: Any individual accessing or using the App.

• You must be 18 years or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Users under 18 must have active supervision and consent from a parent or legal guardian.

The App may involve physical fitness, martial arts, conditioning activities, and use of training equipment such as weights, resistance bands, pads, grappling tools, and other exercise equipment.

• You acknowledge that participation in any training activity carries inherent risks including strains, sprains, fractures, concussions, falls, equipment-related injuries, and cardiovascular events.
• You voluntarily assume all risks permitted by applicable law.

• Warm up properly and follow instructions carefully.
• Inspect your training environment and equipment.
• Use appropriate protective gear.
• Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
• Seek medical advice before exercising if you have pre-existing conditions.
• Ensure minors are supervised at all times.
• The App does not provide medical advice or emergency services.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and discharge the Releasees from claims arising from your participation in activities offered through the App.
• This waiver does not apply to gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or violations of law.
• Nothing in this section limits your rights under the app store’s terms (Apple’s Standard EULA or Google Play’s terms) or local consumer law.

• Your use of the App.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Use of your account by others.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity occurring under it.

• Parents or legal guardians who permit minors to use the App accept all lawful risks on behalf of the minor.
• Agree to supervise participation.
• Acknowledge state laws may affect enforceability of waivers for minors.

• The apps do not need a login. They store your workout stats, settings and an optional health profile under a random app ID, and record app usage to improve the App. Website accounts also store your name, email and phone number.
• We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
• Your rights depend on where you live and may include data access, correction, deletion, or opt-out rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, except where local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide additional rights.

• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where legally permitted, except for small claims or injunctive relief.
• This does not limit your rights under the app store’s terms or applicable consumer laws.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the terms of the store you got the App from (Apple’s Standard EULA or Google Play’s terms) form the complete agreement between you and One Two Hook.

You certify that all information provided is accurate. Providing false information may result in termination of your account and affect enforceability of these Terms where permitted by law.

• Subscriptions are billed by the store you subscribed through: the Apple App Store (iPhone and iPad), Google Play (Android), or Stripe (onetwohook.com).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Apple: manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple: https://support.apple.com/HT202039
• Google Play: manage or cancel in the Play Store app → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Google under Google Play’s refund policy.
• Website: to cancel, email support@onetwohook.com before your next renewal date.
• The OTH Boxing Timer app is free and has no subscriptions.

• Engage in harmful, abusive, or illegal behavior.
• Upload content that violates intellectual property laws.
• Misuse or disrupt the App.

All App content is owned by One Two Hook or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the App, subject to compliance with these Terms and the terms of the store you got it from.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Use is at your own risk.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Releasees are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Nothing overrides consumer rights required by law.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the new Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements.

The App may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

The App is intended for U.S. users. If you access it from another country, you do so at your own risk and consent to data processing in the United States.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters or network outages.

Where permitted by law, disputes must be resolved individually and not as part of a class or representative action.

• You acknowledge the risks of live or recorded virtual training.
• You are responsible for maintaining a safe space and following instructions.
• Minors must be supervised during virtual sessions.
